(1) Vendor needs to provide aviation telephone system and services.– Premises–based telephony solution that will provide additional capacity and enhance the capabilities of the existing voice platforms.– System design, configuration, migration, integration, testing, training, cutover, or deployment shall proceed.– Compliance shall include, but not be limited to, requirements for accurate caller location identification, emergency call routing, and onsite notification, as applicable to enterprise and campus environments.– Ensure all telephony, UC, voicemail, call control, and management platforms—whether on–premises, hybrid, or cloud–hosted—comply with applicable cybersecurity and data protection standards.– Secure configuration, encryption of signaling and media, identity and access management, logging, and audit controls.– Telephony systems into a single, modern, and unified communications platform supporting voice, voicemail, unified messaging, collaboration, and mobility features.– System to provide enhanced functionality including, but not limited to, voicemail, call recording, automatic call distribution (ACD), call accounting, unified messaging, and integration with required enterprise systems.
