(1) Vendor needs to provide road and bridge janitorial services to the government authority located in Cortez, CO. • Once a week – after business hours – Sweep and wet mop composition floors. – Vacuum all carpeted floors. Spot clean carpets as needed. – Empty waste baskets and replace liners as needed. – Clean and sanitize restrooms. Fill restroom supplies. – Clean main entry doors, inside and outside. – Wipe and Sanitize door knobs, push plates, light switches, and breakroom sink – Spot clean walls as needed • Weekly Basis – Dust furniture and windowsills. – Dust conference table in Superintendent’s office – Dust end table and bench in lobby – Dust table by copy machine – Dust breakroom table (2) Pre–bid walk through will be held on October 12, 2026.
