(1) Vendor needs to provide videography services. – Provide comprehensive videography services supporting the agency's communications, marketing, recruitment, and community–engagement goals.– Serve as a strategic creative and production partner capable of delivering professional, timely, accessible, and brand–aligned video content that authentically represents agency schools, students, staff, programs, and events.– The agency anticipates approximately forty (40) to fifty (50) videography assignments annually, including event coverage and video capture for marketing campaigns. • Event coverage:– Provide on–site videography for agency and school events, including graduations, athletic events, performances, community events, ribbon cuttings, board meetings, and other activities identified by the agency.– Assignments may require livestreaming, multi–camera production, professional audio capture, lighting, on–site production direction, and same–day recording or delivery.• Videography:– Services may include staff and student features, facility and campus footage, classroom and instructional footage, promotional and recruitment videos, program profiles, testimonials, interviews, and other agency– or school–level content.• Social media videography:– Create short–form and platform–specific video content for channels such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other agency–approved platforms. – Content may feature day–to–day agency life, student achievement, school culture, and campaign messaging.• Creative development:– Provide the concept and messaging, or may outsource all or part of the creative brief and related creative services to the vendor.– Provide creative direction, concept development, scripting, storyboarding, interview planning and questions, production planning, directing, and other services necessary to move an assignment from ideation through final delivery.• Scheduling and concurrent assignments:– Maintain sufficient qualified personnel and production resources to manage multiple concurrent projects and variable agency needs. – Assignments may occur during regular business hours, evenings, or weekends. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026. (3) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on August 19, 2026.
