STAFF-16331 - USA (Riverside, California) - Convention Center Management Operator Services - Deadline July 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide convention center management operator services to the government authority located in Riverside, CA.– Assist the City in evaluating operational models, preparing and assisting in a competitive procurement process for a convention center operator, and supporting negotiation of the final management agreement.– There are eight (8) primary tasks to be performed:– Existing Conditions Review– Market Assessment and Operator Benchmarking– Procurement Strategy– Preparation of Request for Proposals– Procurement Administration– Proposal Evaluation(2) An optional pre–proposal meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
