(1) Vendor needs to provide electrical coordination study service to the government authority located in Oxford, Ohio. – Provide campus–wide electrical coordination study for the agency. – The study shall include all medium voltage systems including, all switch houses (SH), MV Switches, to the point of the first means of ‘service’ disconnect at building, usually the MV fused disconnect switch but could be the main breaker on the secondary side of a transformer.• Work:– Electrical engineer to become familiar with the agency’s distribution system and how the system isconnected.– Review pad switch and undercover switch protection settings provided by agency.– Gather the required existing relay settings at all SH substations.– Agency to provide all transformer nameplate information.– Create a new coordination study using SKM systems analysis Power Tools for Windows (PTW) softwareto provide a short–circuit and protective device coordination study. – Provide an arc flash hazard analysis study. – Coordinate with agency to obtain the short circuit data and information needed to complete the studies.– The study shall incorporate all operating scenarios as provided by agency.– Provide and Install AIC and Arc Flash calculations and labels for all associated equipment.– Provide spreadsheet showing existing and recommended relay settings.– Provide draft study report to agency for review prior to final submission.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
