(1) Vendor needs to provide sale and redevelopment service to the government authority located in Buffalo, NY.                            – For the sale and redevelopment of the parcel.– The property consists of five residential units within a three–story Italianate brick structure.– Developer or development team with the expertise, development credentials, financial capacity, and experience necessary to successfully redevelop the property into a mixture of market rate and workforce housing in accordance with the City.–  the property is a contributing structure within the historic district and is eligible for the commercial Historic Tax Credit, which provides up to a 50% credit on qualified rehabilitation expenses.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
