Services must be reliable, responsive, and performed in accordance with industry standards and applicable codes. The scope includes preventative maintenance, on-demand repairs, emergency services, and system troubleshooting across a variety of campus and support facilities as outlined in this RFP.</p><p data-end=\"854\" data-start=\"657\">Tempe Union employs approximately 700 teachers, 50 administrators, and 350 support personnel to serve approximately 11,500 9th&ndash;12th grade students in parts of Tempe, Phoenix, and Chandler, Arizona.</p>",
