(1) Vendor needs to provide phosphorus treatment and water quality monitoring services to the government authority located in Shoreline, WA– Prepare a dosing plan and treatment design for a whole–lake or sediment–inactivation application using lanthanum–based product (e.g., EutroSORB® G) and/or buffered alum, consistent with the alternatives evaluated in the lake, including selection of application method (whole–lake dose, multiple small doses, or micro–floc injection) and a buffering approach appropriate(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 21, 2026.
