(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Wilkes–Barre, PA.• Wet mop hallways and front vestibule; buff as needed.• Disinfect all touch and access points throughout the facility.• Dry mop areas with raised data flooring (Dispatch Floor, Dispatch Offices, Training Room, and Data Room). Wet mop two or more times per week or as recommended by the manufacturer.• Vacuum all carpeted areas including offices and entry carpets.• Clean and disinfect tabletop surfaces in Training Room, offices, break room, and conference room.• Clean and disinfect kitchen countertops, tables, and floors; replenish paper supplies.• Clean and disinfect restrooms; replenish paper and soap supplies.• Clean glass and surfaces in reception area.• Empty all waste and recycling receptacles; replace liners and dispose of trash in outside dumpsters.• Empty outside ashtrays and garbage receptacles.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
