(1) Vendor needs to provide coordinated secure notification system.– Provide a coordinated, secure notification system supporting the APS Handle with Care Program.– The system will facilitate the identification of APS students who have been exposed to potentially traumatic events encountered by participating city first responder agencies.– The services will enable designated APS personnel to receive timely notifications and initiate appropriate school–based support.– Notifications shall identify affected students without disclosing details of the traumatic event.– Services is to support student well–being and mitigate the potential impact of trauma on attendance, learning, behaviour, and other school–related outcomes.– Provide the personnel, technology, coordination, and support necessary to perform thefollowing services:• First Responder Coordination and Data Receipt• Identification of Qualifying Events• Student Matching and Verification• Handle with Care Notifications• Confidentiality and Data Security• Implementation and Ongoing Support(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 28,2026.
