(1) Vendor needs to provide historic and cultural resources consulting services to the government authority located in Ohio. – Perform as the professional services consultant for historic and cultural resources consulting services for the agency.– Historic Resources Assessments: Conduct desktop site assessments using various national historical properties databases to screen proposed project sites and adjacent areas for historic properties and cultural resources.– Assess Eligibility for listing in the National Register of Historic Places: Conduct additional reviews to determine whether the properties identified during the initial desktop site assessment are eligible for listing.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 2, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
