(1) Vendor needs to provide organizational culture and team development facilitator services.– Design and facilitate four (4) quarterly staff development sessions during the contract year to approximately 35 employees, including management staff.– Facilitation topics include:– Organizational culture:– Accountability (promoting ownership of responsibilities, follow–through, and personal accountability.).– Workplace relationships (strengthening professional relationships across departments.).– communication:– Effective workplace communication (communicating clearly, professionally, and respectfully across departments.).– Giving and receiving feedback (providing constructive feedback and responding positively.).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
