(1) Vendor needs to provide next–generation regional computer aided dispatch system.                  – This system will support the processing of 9–1–1 calls for service by the CAD consortium’s four Public Safety Answering Points and dispatching of regional first responder agencies.– The CAD Consortium envisions a unified, next–generation Computer Aided Dispatch system that seamlessly connects all participating agency and first responder agencies across the region.– The future state will enable real–time data sharing, coordinated incident response, and enhanced situational awareness for all police, fire, and EMS operations, regardless of jurisdiction.– Also includes ongoing support and maintenance for a period of five years following go–live and system acceptance.– The replacement CAD system will serve as a single, integrated platform for CAD Consortium, and will enable them to achieve the strategic objectives.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on July 28, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
