(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Nashville, TN.– Sweeping and dust mopping.– Wet mopping and scrubbing.– Dusting.– Damp wiping.– Bright metal polishing.– Carpet cleaning.– Porcelain cleaning.– Empty waste receptacles and replace plastic liners.– Scrape gum from all surfaces where visible.– Empty waste receptacles and replace plastic liners.– Damp wipe pipes under the sink basins.– Restock and refill toilet paper, towel, tissue, and soap dispensers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 15, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for two years.
