(1) Vendor needs to provide Moodle workplace learning management system hosting administration, maintenance and custom development services.– Provide fully managed LMS services for Agora, including MWP subscription management, AWS hosting administration, Agora platform maintenance and support, system upgrades, custom development services and AI–enabled integrations and enhancements.– Develop a secure, reliable, user–friendly, and scalable learning environment that supports evolving organisational and partner learning needs. – To streamline learning administration processes, improve user experience, strengthen platform performance and security, and ensure the platform remains flexible sustainable and capable of continuous enhancement in response to changing business requirements and emerging technologies.– Maintain a secure, scalable, and high–performing AWS hosting environment.– Deliver proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.– Support integrations with agency enterprise systems and third–party platforms.– Enable future custom developments and AI–powered learning capabilities.– Ensure compliance with agency security, data protection, and operational requirements– Mobile responsiveness improvements– Automation and AI integrations(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
