(1) Vendor needs to provide information technology apprenticeship partner services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide agency with qualified entry–level IT Apprentices who, through a combination of structured training and hands–on experience supporting agency application projects, will develop the knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to qualify for future entry–level software development positions.– Ensure each IT Apprentice receives up to four hours of scheduled training per week as part of the Apprentice's regular 40–hour work week;– Assume all costs associated with training, instructional materials, certifications, program administration, and related expenses;– Pay wages directly to all IT Apprentices;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 9, 2026.
