(1) Vendor needs to provide concessions collections services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA.• Enhance the passenger experience through high–quality food, beverage, retail, and convenience offerings supported by reliable service. • Provide a complementary mix of concepts, products, price points, and service models responsive to passenger demand. • Reflect through authentic brands, products, design, and business relationships, consistent with each package’s requirements. • Generate sustainable non–aeronautical revenue through commercially viable operations and effective use of concession space. • Maintain consistent standards for customer service, accessibility, cleanliness, product availability, and operational reliability. • Expand opportunities for small businesses and emerging brands, and showcase local and regional brands, products, and culinary traditions in the concessions program. • Support practical sustainability measures and technology that improve service, efficiency, and resource management. • Maintain attractive, relevant concession facilities through ongoing maintenance, capital reinvestment, and required refreshes. • Preserve passenger access to essential concession services during redevelopment and adapt operations to future terminal configurations and changes in passenger demand.(2) An optional pre–bid conference will be held on November 12, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than December 17, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
