MRB-58352 - USA (Florida) - Event Planning and Fiscal Services - Deadline November 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide event planning and fiscal services.– Provide agency with event planning, logistics & fiscal services to support various professional development activities– Anticipated that there will be a minimum of one (1) in–person event for a day and half with five (5) sessions and a minimum of six (6) virtual events annually.– Secure hotel and event space (including A/V and technology support) for in–person trainings for up to 200 participants – Secure web–based platform (e.g., Zoom) for virtual training (including technology support) for up to 200 participants– Provide registration and communication with participants prior to all events (e.g., sending emails, tracking registrants, answering questions)– Provide on–site support at events, including printing materials for trainings, providing training supplies (e.g., name badges, note pads), room set up and take down, and other associated tasks. – Engage with individual participants and provide payment of stipends to participants upon completion of activities(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
