Vendor needs to provide federal inventory tracking system replacement service. • Design, development, configuration, and deployment of a new inventory tracking platform:– Migration of all existing data from the Sunflower system.– Implementation of real–time tracking for all government assets and supplies.– Integration with existing financial and procurement systems where applicable.– Provision of training for administrators and end–users.• Technical requirements and compliance:• Inventory management: Automated tracking of asset lifecycles, including procurement, receipt, maintenance, and disposal.• Audit trails: Comprehensive, tamper–evident audit logs for all transactions to meet federal requirements for accountability and transparency.• Security and data protection: Compliance with federal security standards to ensure protection of sensitive government data.• Reporting: Robust reporting tools to generate federal–mandated inventory reports and KPI tracking.• Interoperability: Ability to interface with standard government–grade APIs and data formats.
