(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise data strategy and architecture pilot solution. – Provide assess current data environment, spanning multiple departments, platforms and applications (including Salesforce, ArcGIS, and other operational systems).– The consultant will evaluate current systems, workflows, and data needs, and deliver clear recommendations for technology platforms, data architecture and integration strategies, and governance models.– Review & Update of Data Inventory Report: Build off the already existing inventory to create a comprehensive inventory of existing data sources and systems, with documentation of owners, formats, and use cases.– Current State Assessment– Data Systems & Management Recommendations:• Options for consolidating and managing data in a single location (data warehouse, database, etc.).• Recommended ETL/ELT processes, including integrations with Salesforce, ArcGIS, and other systems.– Technology & Platform Recommendations• A prioritized list of tools and software platforms to adopt or expand, with pros/cons and cost considerations.• Recommendations for leveraging existing Azure, ArcGIS, and Salesforce infrastructure.– Enterprise Data Model (Conceptual Design): a. A high–level enterprise data model representing agency’s core business entities and their relationships including an integration model for ArcGIS Enterprise.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
