(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development and tessitura integration service using WordPress or Drupal content management system and must be compatible with mobile devices, browser and social media.           – For a unified digital ecosystem supporting both the agency e–commerce site and the website, replacing the current fragmented digital infrastructure with a modern, integrated solution.       • Website Design and Development – Design and develop two distinct, branded web experiences – Ensure both sites – Create a responsive, mobile–first design with cross–browser compatibility – Provide UX/UI design that supports intuitive navigation, event discovery, and conversion • Multi–Site Platform Architecture– Implement a shared CMS platform supporting both agency websites within a single environment (e.g., WordPress multisite, Drupal multi–site, or equivalent) • Tessitura Integration & EcommerceThe website must integrate directly with Tessitura as the system of record for all event, ticketing, and patron data.• Event Data & Content Model    • Event Presentation & User Experience• Media Management & Optimization• Website Performance & Ticketing Experience• Analytics, Tracking & Optimization    • Accessibility & Compliance• Security & Technical Compliance• Content Management System (CMS) Requirements• Environment Management• Training, Documentation & Support• Brand Strategy & Visual Identity• Performance & Quality Assurance(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 12, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
