(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based core management software.– A cloud–based core management software solution for its core facilities.– The solution must support service request management, scheduling, billing, reporting, user administration, institutional integration, and related operational, financial, and compliance needs.– Provide a comprehensive core management software platform used to centrally manage the administrative, operational, financial, and compliance activities of shared research cores or service facilities.– The contractor must identify the hosting model (single–tenant or multi–tenant SaaS), the underlying cloud provider and the geographic region in which the solution is hosted and delivered.– The solution must be cloud–based and contractor–hosted.– Provide post–go–live support, including issue resolution and optional training refresh resources.– The contractor must migrate legacy data, including historical records, permissions, user roles, core structures, and associated metadata, and preserve the logical organization of migrated content to support searching, retrieval, reporting, and continued operational use.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9,2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026
