(1) Vendor needs to provide electronic waste recycling and disposal services to the government authority located in Aiken, SC.– Possess and maintain a current R2 (Responsible Recycling)– Must be capable of collecting, transporting, processing, and recycling large quantities of electronic waste, including loads of twenty (20) or more pallets per pickup.– Routinely removes solid–state drives (SSDs), hard disk drives (HDDs), and other data storage devices from equipment prior to disposal for data security purposes. – Follow all applicable federal, state, and local environmental regulations governing the handling, transportation, recycling, and disposal of electronic waste– E–waste may include, but are not limited to the following– CRT Monitors– Flat Panel Monitors– Desktop Computers (CPUs)– Laptop Computers– MacBooks– Dell Tablets– iPads and Other Tablets– Projectors– Smart Boards and Interactive Displays– Network and Telephone Equipment– Hard Drives and Solid–State Drives– Keyboards, Mice, Cables, Power Supplies, and Other Peripheral Devices(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
