(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer credit profiles services to the government authority located in White Plains, NY.– Recovering overpayments, the prevention, detection, and reporting of fraud, and ensuring the integrity of the public assistance caseload and the correctness of public assistance eligibility.– Include credit and identification reports such as credit profiles, Social Security searches, and address updates.– Provide with a web–based interface that will enable authorized personnel to use user–name–based and password–protected access to log–in to the Interface in order to request a consumer credit report or profile– Capable of being accessed from microsoft windows devices running a minimum of the microsoft windows 10 operating system and microsoft edge browser, chrome is optional.– Allow each user to change, by himself and herself, the password he and she uses for access to the interface.– Provide administrative functionality for administrative and managerial–level users.– Provide as much information as possible about each applicant and recipient that will enable the county to best assess the eligibility of each such person for various social service programs.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
