(1) Vendor needs to provide full–service cafeteria, catering and vending services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.– Services may include full–service cafeteria operations, grab–and–go food service, catering, and vending services to provide employees with high–quality, reasonably priced food and beverage options, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, coffee, and other refreshments.– the following service options:• Option 1: Full service cafeteria option, including grill items, deli items, make–your–own salad bar and hot entrée station, plus vending (12 machines) and catering.• Option 2: Convenience store style food service area with pre–packaged ready–to–eat meal items (including microwavable items) and grill, plus vending (12 machines) and catering.• Option 3: Micro–market style food service area with pre–packaged ready–to–eat meal items (sandwiches, salads including microwavable items), operated through automated self–checkout technology plus vending (12 machines) and catering– Proposer shall propose a grab–and–go food service solution for Montgomery that provides employees with convenient access to pre–packaged, ready–to–eat food and beverage options during and outside of cafeteria operating hours.– Proposed solutions may include, but are not limited to, a convenience store–style food service area, a micro–market operated through automated self–checkout technology, or a comparable model.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(4) Mandatory Bidders’ Conference will be held on August 18, 2026.
