DRA-11238 - USA (Dallas, Texas) - Customer Surveys Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide customer surveys services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– The survey collectors must be registered and trained with procedures and policies regarding collection.– All survey collectors must be issued a field agent certificate for tablet use before beginning to collect digital surveys.– A minimum of 400 digital surveys must be submitted each quarter. – Once completed and verified, digital questionnaires are uploaded to research supplier where they are scanned and where the generated data is cleaned, validated and processed. – Data is weighted according to the proportion of actual international traffic and actual domestic traffic, when applicable.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 07, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
