(1)Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Massachusetts. – Provide on–going advice and counsel with respect to matters bearing upon the area for which the firm or attorney has been retained.– Providing legal services for matters involving the retirement system.– Evidentiary review of disability retirement applications and related matters.– Representation in appeals before the contributory retirement appeal board.– Investment management agreements and related documents.(2) The contract period will be for seven years.
