(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Shreveport, LA. – Contractor will provide the agency with an efficient janitorial service, maintaining a clean and safe environment for patrons utilizing city facilities.– The daily operational hours for performing the scope of work are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.• Supplies, to keep the contracted areas clean and properly supplied and include the following duties:• Clean and disinfect rest rooms• Scrub inside/outside commodes and urinals• Dust mop and mop tiles• Spray buff as needed.• Vacuum carpets• Remove trash to a collection point• Clean and refill soap• Refill paper towel and tissue dispensers.• Dust furniture• Clean mirrors• Clean entrances and/entrance glass doors• Spot clean walls and baseboards(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid Site Visit will be held on October 23, 2026.
