(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise revenue growth assessment and implementation roadmap services to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Review relevant University strategic, financial, organizational, operational, and policy materials. – Conduct interviews and/or working sessions with University leadership and key stakeholders. – Inventory existing revenue generating activities and major institutional assets. – Map existing external partnerships and business development activities. – Identify areas of duplication, fragmentation, under–utilization, and unrealized capacity. – Assess existing processes for identifying, evaluating, approving, funding, and managing revenue generating activities. – Establish a baseline understanding of agency current revenue portfolio and organizational capacity.– Develop Business Case and Implementation Roadmaps: – The firm shall develop comprehensive business cases and implementation roadmaps. Each business case should include an executive summary, strategic rationale, expected outcomes, and key financial assumptions.– Prioritize and Select Opportunities: – The firm shall develop a formal prioritization framework to rank opportunities based on strategic value, financial impact, implementation feasibility, organizational readiness, risk, and long–term sustainability(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 14, 2026.
