(1) Vendor needs to provide mechanical, electrical and plumbing engineering and related services to the government authority located in Newton, MA.– Mechanical, Controls and HVAC replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.– Plumbing replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.– Energy analysis of various school and municipal buildings.– Preparation of various trade contract specifications for “on call” service contracts.– Electrical, lighting replacements/upgrades at various school and municipal buildings.– Emergency generator replacement at various school and municipal buildings.– Security system installations at various school and municipal buildings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
