(1) Vendor needs to provide professional engineering services for condition assessment program to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV.– Manage, monitor and review work progress and budget of the Project team including sub–consultants. – Development of standard operating procedures for assessing and reporting condition of weirs.– Provide guidance for the inspection of weir structures in the form of approach and departure channel condition, facility integrity, stream flow capacity and condition, seepage, vegetation coverage, side slope condition, sheet pile condition, safety issues.– Provide a pre–inspection walk–through prior to inspection commencement of any weir or weir element.– Facility review.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17,2026.
