WATER-0948 - USA (San Clemente, California) - Stormwater Program Regulatory Support Services - Deadline August 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide stormwater program regulatory support services to the government authority located in San Clemente, CA.Task 1: Regulatory program support:– Assisting the city with obtaining and complying with the many stormwater–related permits, lists, and plans that may be issued or revised in coming years, ensuring the city defends its ability to manage stormwater without risking regulatory compliance, and also supporting the city in addressing various stormwater or urban runoff quality concerns.Task 2: Structural planning support:– Final trash provisions track 1 alternative compliance/land substitution plan for submission to water boards staff.– Other supporting documentation for the poche project, including but not limited to water sampling analyses, exhibits, compliance pathway demonstrations, and resource agency permit application drafts and attachments, as requested by the city.Task 3: Surface water sampling and observations:– Memorandum to summarize the results of each field investigation.– Any laboratory results to support the conclusions of the investigation, including quality assurance analyses, and field measurements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
