Vendor needs to provide event organizer services.1. Inception and creative master plan:– Develop a comprehensive plan of action detailing all stages, timelines, and technical requirements for the event.2. Pre–event production and logistics preparation:– Produce all platform–optimized digital assets, including Zoom/Facebook Live broadcast graphics (virtual backgrounds, overlays), dynamic intro/outro video sequences, and social media promotional posts.– Produce social media promotional posts should include:– Main agenda poster, featuring all speakers.– Session agenda poster.– Social media caption.– Draft Press release.3. Live event execution:– Provide end–to–end operation of the hybrid event. This includes stage management for speakers, on–the–floor management, and seamless live–streaming synchronization across the physical venue, Zoom, and Facebook live.4. Post–event:– Develop the post–event questionnaire, disseminate the survey to all speakers and participants, and consolidate the evaluation data focusing on content and organization.– Provide final video editing of the event recordings, separated into sessions.
