(1) Vendor needs to provide immigration legal services to the government authority located in Oregon. – Provide immigration legal services provider to partner with the college in delivering accessible, culturally responsive, trauma–informed immigration legal services to students and members of the broader community.– Immigration legal screenings.– Immigration information sessions.– Community outreach events.– DACA renewals.– Advance parole consultations.– Naturalization.– Family–based petitions.– Adjustment of status.– Humanitarian relief (U Visas, T Visas, VAWA, SIJS, asylum).– Removal defense referrals.– Other immigration legal remedies. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
