(1) Vendor needs to provide reasonable accommodation, ergonomics and training services on an as–needed basis to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – Provide comprehensive professional services in support of the agency's Reasonable Accommodation (RA) and ergonomic programs. – Provide consultation, assessment, case support, ergonomic evaluation, recommendations, documentation, training and related services to assist the agency in timely and appropriately addressing employee reasonable accommodation and ergonomic requests.• Reasonable accommodation case consultation: Provide professional consultation and case management support for reasonable accommodation matters.– Reviewing reasonable accommodation requests and supporting documentation provided by the agency.– Assisting the agency in identifying the employee's essential job functions and relevant functional limitations.– Reviewing duty statements, job descriptions, organizational information, work schedules, workplace requirements and other relevant documentation.– Assisting the agency in determining whether additional information or clarification may reasonably be necessary.– Providing guidance concerning the interactive process.– Assisting in identifying potential effective accommodations.– Evaluating alternative accommodations when the accommodation initially requested may not be feasible or effective.– Evaluating operational considerations associated with proposed accommodations.– Developing written recommendations for consideration by agency management and/or human resources.– Conducting follow–up assessments to determine whether implemented accommodations remain effective.– Recommending modification of an accommodation when circumstances, functional limitations, duties, technology or workplace conditions change.– Providing technical consultation regarding complex or unusual accommodation matters.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
