(1) Vendor needs to provide fixed voice and VoIP services.• Implementation Services– A dedicated Project Manager must also be assigned:– Timelines for migration and delivery should be clearly identified.– Testing and Confirmation that services are available in all locations. – Planning, design and delivery of a project to migrate to agency Trunks• SIP Services– Migrating call traffic currently presented on ISDN PRA/FRA/BRA circuits to a SIP based service – Pre–configuration of any services, – Tenderers should clearly outline their approach to migration of existing number ranges from agency and itemise all associated costs. – Portability and Migration Plan. Please provide a detailed ISDN PRA/FRA/BRA to SIP Trunk migration project plan and the timeframes involved.– Tenderers should include a concise overview of the network topologies and technical platforms proposed.• Network Features– CLI presentation/restriction.– Hunting.– Call Barring.– Support analogue services(2) The contract period will be for one year.
