(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological services to the government authority located in Waukesha, WI.– Conduct post–conditional offer pre–employment psychological evaluations as well as fitness–for–duty evaluations to assess an individual’s suitability for law enforcement responsibilities.– Post–conditional offer evaluations.– Evaluation is to provide an independent professional opinion regarding the candidate’s psychological suitability to perform the essential functions of the position.– Fitness–for–duty evaluation.– Psychological fitness–for–duty evaluations for certain personnel assigned to sensitive duties, including undercover narcotics investigations, child exploitation investigations, and other assignments designated based on operational need.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
