(1) Vendor needs to provide pyrotechnics and display service.– Professional pyrotechnics contractors, to provide a fireworks display show at the city’s annual 4th of July celebration for 2027, 2028 and 2029.– Operator set up and tear down of the rockets, pre–recorded patriotic themed music CD.– Pyrotechnics display will be shot promptly at 9:00 p.m.– Patriotic music CD shall be provided by the contractor to the city and shall be eighteen to twenty minutes (18–20) in length.– Provide and electrically fired fireworks display using three–inch to six–inch shells, coordinated to a patriotic themed music soundtrack.– Provide assorted aerial display shells.– Pyrotechnic operator, support crew, patriotic themed music CD coordinated to the pyrotechnic show, electric firing board, transportation, and all supplies and materials required to produce the display.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
