General work description: This Request for Bids is to establish a multiple-year annual contract for bulk deliveries of Aluminum Chlorohydrate (ACH), NSF Certified, to the Sacramento County Water Agency’s (SCWA) Vineyard Surface Water Treatment Plant (VSWTP). Orders will be made on an “as needed” basis during the contract period. The initial term will be for a year from the date of award. To promote efficiency and economy, the County reserves the right to renew the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods.
