Vendor needs to provide cost allocation and reporting consultant services to the government authority located in Somerville, New Jersey.• Develop data collection worksheets, allocation methods, allocation bases, and functional cost pools necessary to provide for a comprehensive cost allocation report that can be used for cost reimbursement opportunities and management and budget tool.• Analyze the county’s costs and statistical data to identity all allowable and allocable indirect costs and structure county’s cost allocation plan that best distributes these costs to maximize cost reimbursement from federal and state funded programs.• Develop strategies and procedures not currently used by the county to achieve more precise costing techniques designed to enhance cost reimbursement.• Identify improvements for collecting accurate cost and statistical data to facilitate the annual cost plan preparation.• Provide instruction to designated county personnel in the specifics of indirect costing, cost analysis and cost flow structuring, statistical data collection and development techniques, interviewing, plan summarization and organization, theory of computation and plan implementation.
