CLEANING-13855 - USA (Tempe, Arizona) - Tennis Court Cleaning Services - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tennis court cleaning services to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ. – Provide a team of two to three personnel who will perform services– Remove debris from the tennis courts, practice courts/hitting walls, and surrounding area– Ensure court lines and nets are returned to their original state– Manage water pooling in all walkway areas to prevent standing water during cleaning– Use a water solution and water broom to clean all agency tennis court surfaces. Alternative cleaning solutions, equipment, and tools are not allowed. – In the event of an emergency requiring cleaning due to weather conditions or other unexpected incidents, the Contractor shall be able to respond within 24 hours.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on September 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.
