(1) Vendor needs to provide field support services to the government authority located in Live Oak, FL.• Provide technical support in fulfillment of its agricultural water use data collection responsibilities.• Technical support includes conducting flow measurements on irrigation systems, and data entry and reporting of results.• Consultant will provide all necessary equipment, vehicles, and staff needed to reach and safely conduct flow measurements on agricultural irrigation systems.• Provide a GPS–enabled iPad, iPhone, or equivalent android device with internet service for electronic field data entry, using the district’s electronic data entry service, Go Canvas.• Flow Monitoring at Agricultural Irrigation Systems.• Administrative Support for Monitoring and Agricultural Cost Share(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 17, 2026.
