FOOD-10826 - USA (Orange, New York) - Banquet Facility for Youth and Adult Summit Service - Deadline August 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide banquet facility for youth and adult summit service to the government authority located in Orange, NY.  – Provide accommodations and on–site catering services for one youth bureau event.– Youth bureau staff and representatives access to its facility starting at 4:30 pm on the day of the event– For purposes of set–up and permit an additional half–hour to allow for clean–up following the conclusion of the event.– Provide an in–door space separate and apart from the dining area sufficient to accommodate pre–event registration.– Provide a buffet dinner with full table service consisting of the following items:– Beverages – water, soda, tea, coffee (regular and decaf) no bar/no alcohol– Appetizer – fresh fruit– Salad – garden salad– Hot entrées – selection of roast beef, chicken, vegetarian option, pasta, potato, rice, vegetable, rolls and butter– Dessert – ice cream sundae station preferred(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5,2026
