(1) Vendor needs to provide advertisement and marketing service. • Develop a campaign strategy.• Website audit for accurate and updated information.• Website to ensure all information is accurate, current, and user–friendly.• Improve the visibility, discoverability, and accuracy of early learning and childcare information across traditional search engines and generative ai–powered search and discovery experiences.• Develop a comprehensive campaign strategy targeting parents and guardians for early learning and childcare enrollment.• Provide campaign planning and consultation.• Provide quarterly reports and campaign updates as needed.• Serve as the agency of record for early learning and childcare marketing and communications initiatives.• Provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services to improve visibility across traditional search engines and generative ai–powered search and discovery tools.• Provide consistent updates on the progress and impact of the campaign.• Lead on creative development and design.• Lead creative development for all advertising and promotional materials associated with the campaign.• Manage media buys, media placements and advertisement.• Provide monthly updates on purchasing, media buys, vendor commitments, production orders, and related expenditures.• Manage all aspects of media buying, placement, and vendor coordination to ensure effective advertising placement.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026.
