Vendor needs to provide infection prevention and control technical expert lead consultant services to the government authority located in North Carolina.• Participate in country–level technical working group meetings understand real–time response challenges, action items, and resource planning; provide responsive, on–demand technical support to country teams on challenges as they arise.• Support field testing and final implementation of activities, as the security situation allows; support revision of materials post–field testing based on findings.• Coordinate translation into priority languages (French, Swahili, Lingala, plus additional languages as required by outbreak geography) with technical quality assurance on translated versions.• Design trainings to go beyond one–off events: pair them with simulation/scenario–based practice for high–risk procedures (especially doffing), structured mentorship and supportive supervision, and periodic IPC compliance audits with feedback to facilities.• Evidence from prior filovirus responses shows that skills from single trainings decay rapidly without on–the–job reinforcement; sustained competency and measurable reductions in healthcare–worker infection depend on ongoing supervision rather than training delivery alone.
