EXTRA-73359 - USA (Fortuna, California) - On-Site Counselling Services - Deadline August 7,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on–site counselling services to the government authority located in Fortuna, CA. – Provide between 4 to 6 hours of professional services per week, including individual and group counselling, as well as staff consultation, for young adults between the ages of 18 and 25 (Hours of professional services provided each week fluctuate and can exceed 10 hours, depending on the hourly rate and available counselling funds and possibly during fire or spike season or other declared emergencies no hours.) Hourly charges shall not include travel time.– Contractor will provide a time–based, visual reference of management referred employees to note progress or non–progress of counseling efforts regarding the preferred issue. This will not contain any patient confidential information.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
