EXTRA-75522 - USA (Carlsbad, New Mexico) - Concession Services - Deadline September 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide concession services to the government authority located in Carlsbad, NM.• The City will continue to maintain the infrastructure of the concession buildings and all other services will be the responsibility of the contractor.• These fields are utilized year–round for youth recreation league play, tournaments, and other special events. Each area is equipped with large concession facilities including large rest rooms.• Supply all inventory, utensils, coolers, food products, and supplies as needed. Insure that the concession stand is well stocked and clean at all times. State clearly how you would operate concession stands that needed to be open simultaneously.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
