Fixed Price On-Call Brine Application

The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the provisioning of brine application services for winter weather preparation and remediation. Services shall conform to all specifications set forth in the solicitation document and may include pre-event anti-icing, active winter weather response, post event de-icing support, and deployment statewide or across multiple districts during winter weather events.
