(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Suffolk, NY.a. Construction scheduling/estimatingb. Specification front end reviewc. Budget Cost Estimationd. Value Engineering– Construction Manager to ensure the contractors provide the project schedule to the Architect and Owner and the weekly updates of the contractors.– Construction Manager must not make any design changes without written authorization from the Architect.– Construction Manager shall keep a daily log of site activity and transmit same to the Architect and Owner weekly.– Oversee and document all required testing.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026.(3) Contract term will be for one year.
