(1) Vendor needs to provide garment industry advancing labor rights service. • Development of a protocol to refer workers to victim support services to address health, psychosocial, or social support as needed.• Support local labor rights organizations and civil society to improve strategic advocacy, case documentation, and engagement with trade ministries and labor inspectorates on forced labor concerns• Offer legal and technical assistance for union registration, branch expansion, or, where unionization is legally or practically constrained, formation of worker committees .• Conduct safe organizing skills training, including risk assessment and creating safeguards for workers facing threats or retaliation for reporting labor rights abuses.• Support integration of these protocols into supplier contracts, audit frameworks, and compliance programs, including risk–based supplier onboarding, monitoring, and termination or remediation procedures.
